LECITHIN USES

Lecithin is a popular food supplement, and an important natural source of Choline, Inositol and Linoleic Acid. Both Choline and Inositol are essential for the proper functioning of the human body. DIRECTIONS

The recommended dose is one capsule per day, preferably with a meal. The dose may be increased for adults up to 2 capsules 3 times per day, and for children of 10 years and older up to 1 capsule twice a day. The product should be stored in a cool dry place.
